Step 1 |
Excel File is the APF consisting of details of students
registered under
Institutes should download the relevant files immediately.
In the last column (Status of Receival) the Institute
should mark tick against the names of students eligible
for admission in
Institutes should tick mark all such boxes carefully as any error will lead to delay in issue of admit card and attendance sheet. |

Step 2 |
Institutes will download Bank fee deposit slip from Board's web site. Fill in all the requisite details in Bank fee slip. Principal should sign this Bank fee slip and deposit the fee in any branch of - ICICI Bank or Punjab National Bank or Central Bank of India or IndusInd Bank. Institutes should retain Institute's copy of Bank fee slip. |

Step 3 |
Fill all details relevant to Bank Fee slip and Excel File in the consolidated statement (without late fee and with late fee, separately). Countercheck all the details with excel file and Bank fee slip. When satisfied the Principal should affix his/her office stamp and signatures on the consolidated statement. |

Step 4 |
· Scan stamped and signed consolidated statement. · Scan Bank fee slip.

Important Note : Institute will scan the Bank fee slip (Step 2) and Consolidated Statement (Step 3) and will send these scanned files along with the excel (Step 1) file at : contitipb@gmail.com and reconciliation.fees@gmail.com |
