Subject: -      Submission of Performa for continuation of affiliation/increase or decrease of seats in the existing courses/addition or deletion of new courses for the session 2008-09.

 

Kindly refer to the subject stated above. In this regard the institutions are requested to submit the information in the proforma (available at Board’s websites www.punjabteched.com and www.punjabteched.net) for continuation of affiliation /increase or decrease of seats in the existing courses/addition or deletion of new courses for the session 2008-09 as the case may be, alongwith the fee applicable.

 

The requisite fee structure for various categories is as under:

1.                  For continuation of affiliation- Rs.15000/- per course.

2.                  In case of new institution seeking new courses/ increase in intake of seats- Rs.25,000/- as processing fee and Rs. 20,000/- as inspection fee per new course.

Penalty of Rs. 2000/- per month shall be imposed for payment of continuation fee beyond the stipulated date.

The charging of continuation fee from govt./aided institution is subject to the approval by the Govt.

The complete application along with fee should reach this office latest by 28.03.2008. The institution should also submit a copy of the application and project report in case of increase or decrease of seats in the existing courses/addition or deletion of new courses for the session 2008-09.
