Subject: - Submission of Performa for continuation of affiliation/increase or decrease of seats in the existing courses/addition or deletion of new courses for the session 2009-10.
Kindly refer to the subject stated above. In this regard the institutions are requested to submit the information in the proforma (available at Board’s websites www.punjabteched.com and www.punjabteched.net) for continuation of affiliation /increase or decrease of seats in the existing courses/addition or deletion of new courses for the session 2009-10 as the case may be, along with the fee applicable.
The requisite fee structure for various categories is as under: 1. Rs.25000/- as processing fee per new institution and from institutions seeking new courses and increase in seats. 2. Rs.20000/- as inspection fee for affiliation per new course/increase in intake of seats. 3. Rs.15000/- as continuation fee for affiliation per course per year for first 60 students. 4. Rs.10000/- as continuation fee for affiliation per course per year for subsequent batches of 60 students each beyond the first 60 students.
* The above mentioned fee shall be applicable separately for evening polytechnics
Penalty of Rs. 2000/- per month per course shall be imposed for payment of continuation fee beyond the stipulated date.
The complete application along with fee should reach this office latest by 16.03.2009. The institution should also submit a copy of the application and project report in case of increase or decrease of seats in the existing courses/addition or deletion of new courses for the session 2009-10.
