Registration Details of Students admitted in year 2009

• Students should go through the above details very carefully.
• Get the corrections done at this stage to avoid any delay in the issue of the registration card and correction fees later on.
• Submit the correct details well before 30th Jan 2010 with your institute.
• For the cases with 'Photo Not Available' status, students are required to submit their latest passport size photo with their institute and need not to fill any form.
• In case any of your details mentioned above is incorrect (except photo NA status) then follow the following steps:
  • Download the Correction form by clicking here.
  • Take the printout of the form.
  • It is must to fill your Registration No. , Course and Name of the Institute in the specified space.
  • Then Fill only those fields which are required to be modified with the correct data.
  • Do not fill any of the field in the correction form which is correct in the above data OR which does not need any modification.
  • Under every downloaded form, there is a specimen to fill the form, students can go through it before filling up the form.
  • Duly filled form is to be submitted at your institute before the last date (30-01-2010).
• Institutes are requested to verify the Correction forms submitted by the student from the original certificates.
• Correction forms duly signed by HOD and Principal of the institute are required to be submitted with the Office of the Board on or before 5th Feb' 2010.
• For the cases with 'Photo Not Available' status, Institutes are required to collect the photographs submitted by the students and submit them on the separate form (Download form for Photo submission).
