Take  the  printout  of  the form, fill it and submit it along with the  requisite  fee + cost  of the  Form (wherever applicable)  at  the Office of  the Board     OR     send it through post at the following Address along with a Bank Draft of requisite fee + cost of the Form (wherever applicable) in favour of the "Secretary, Punjab State Board
of Technical Education" payable at "Chandigarh" .
